Experiență foarte neplăcută. Proiectele au fost întrerupte chiar la începutul redactării sarcinilor tehnice, când am constatat că ceea ce fusese discutat inițial ca un sistem WMS unitar începea să fie fragmentat în mai multe componente, fiecare propusă contra cost suplimentar. Pe lângă lipsa de claritate, atitudinea echipei – în special a domnului Mihail, responsabil tehnic – a fost arogantă și lipsită de deschidere, refuzând prezentarea unui draft, demo sau a unei soluții deja implementate. După rezilierea contractelor, suma avansurilor plătite (peste 37.000 lei) nu a fost returnată nici până azi. Ni s-a propus o rambursare în tranșe, pe parcursul a trei luni, dar fără angajamente ferme. Între timp, nu mai răspund la telefon sau e-mail. Lipsă de profesionalism și transparență. Nu recomand sub nicio formă.

Experienta foarte urata..... In realizarea unui website (Nu miau permis sa vb cu project manageru) pentru ai arata/explica ce imi trebuie si daca sunt capabili sa realizeze cerintele mele. Cei din oficiu miau promis si convins ca fara probleme imi vor executa cerintele (не переживайте, мы все сделаем мы на рынке с 2008 года ) " au spus Doamnele din oficiu". Au fost pe pozitia (mai intai semneaza, ne transferi avansul..... care indiferent de situatie nu se intoarce ). dupa care project manageru vă va contacta.... (un baiat ori incompetent sau indiferent) dupa ce iam aratat tot dece am eu nevoi. peste o saptamana imi arata websiteul diferit cu totul decat neam inteles initial..... la rugamintea sa modifice asa cum imi trebuie mia spus ca nu putem modifica pe motiv ca sunt limitati de "ceva". (initial cand vati apucat de lucru oare nu era clar daca sunteti sau nu limitati?) cand am cerut banii inapoi au spus ok modificam dar munca noastra va costa + 1500 euro, Intrebarea pe care mio pun este, care e sansa sau garantia ca voi sunteti capabili sa intelegeti si sa executati in tocmai?. Aveti mare grija in stabilirea foii de lucru (тех задание )! Ideal ar fi dupa cum am aflat mai tarziu ("тех задание") trebuia elaborata la o companie diferita decat cea care executa lucrarile (adevarat ca costa 300-400 euro )dar cumva te asiguri si pazesti de astfel de "IT specialisti"! sper sa ajute pe cineva!
