1C: Trade Management

1C Trade Management is an application software designed to realise the functions of process management within wholesale and wholesale-retail enterprises.

The configuration belongs to the new generation of management solutions, easily implemented in systems of any complexity. Electronic support is actively used in the area of warehouses, in the network of large trading enterprises, at retail sites regardless of the type of activity.

What tasks the 1C programme performs

Programme 1C: Trade Management 8 for Moldova allows to provide complex automation of functions of implementation, control and management of trade activity. The configuration allows to analyse a certain period of work of the enterprise, as well as to carry out planning in relations with counterparties. In particular, compared to 1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7, this solution allows:

  • Store information about customers, as well as provide reporting or otherwise transfer information about the nature and content of the customer base.
  • 1C Enterprise 8 Trade Management in its structure involves the development of subsystem ‘sales management’. Thanks to its functionality it is possible to organise control over turnover and sales, both in kind (object of sale), and in money equivalent.
  • Control and management of purchases. The subsystem allows storing and forming orders for suppliers in a convenient form for the trading company. The section also has a calendar of purchases, sales plans, consumer orders.
  • Price policy. Configuration 1C: Enterprise 8: Trade Management for Moldova has a section dedicated to prices. The subsystem allows you to analyse the cost of products of different suppliers and choose the most optimal solutions to replenish the base.
  • Analysis. The system provides a section that allows you to prepare reports of any complexity for different periods. For example, the arrival of goods in 1C Trade Management for the quarter, year, month, turnover for similar periods, etc.

The programme also allows you to control and conduct banking and cash transactions with the issuance of documents of any form approved in the field of retail and wholesale-retail relations. Therefore, the system is often implemented to cash registers, to the working PC of the storekeeper, etc. with different operating systems. 1C Enterprise 8: Trade Management also implies the possibility of customising the management and some functions to meet the needs of the company: removing duplicate information, restricting access depending on the position of the employee, etc. Any data is uploaded in the form of XML, information can be submitted in paper form as well.

Configuration implementation

Introduction of the programme into the company structure is carried out by experienced specialists, the process is implemented in several stages:

  • The first is acquaintance with the enterprise, determination of the purpose of implementation of the configuration and the experience of employees of the enterprise with a series of programmes ‘1C’.
  • Customisation of 1C: Trade Management. Data is filled in, the information necessary for work is entered.
  • Testing. The software is put into operation in test mode, all the specified functions and features are checked.
