Winemaking

In the configuration ‘1C: Winemaking’ in addition to the common modules (accounting of commodities, movement of DS, payroll) is built a set of specialised objects: documents, directories, reports for fixing and analysis of specialised winemaking processes.

Accounting and analysis of specialised winemaking processes is based on the following scheme: grape reception - grape processing - movement - movement of wine material along the technological chain - bottling of finished products - registration of finished products.

Documents

Receipt of grapes
The document receives grapes.

Grape processing act
With the help of the document reflects the operation of processing grapes into must.

Wort movement 
Wort is moved in the process of production in containers with the addition of materials.

Yeast stripping act
The processing of must into wine material is documented and yeast is received.

Wine Material Movement
Wine material is moved through the production process into vessels and other materials or wine materials are added.

Report

Accepted grapes
Analysis of accepted grapes by variety and date.

Balances-Turnovers
Turnovers for: wine material, finished goods without labels and finished goods decorated.

Loss Accounting
Collects all losses in the production process.
